Job Description Senior Executive Talent Sourcer Position Summary The Senior Executive Talent Sourcer is a strategic partner to the Executive Talent Acquisition organization, the Talent Intelligence team, and senior business leaders across the enterprise. This role is responsible for shaping and executing proactive executive sourcing strategies that enable high-impact leadership hiring at the VP, SVP, and C-suite levels. Serving as a trusted advisor, the Senior Executive Talent Sourcer leads sophisticated sourcing and engagement efforts, builds long-term executive pipelines, and delivers market-informed insights that influence search strategy and leadership decisions. The role leverages Copilot, advanced CRM platforms, and executive sourcing technologies to drive quality, speed, and rigor in executive talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in executive sourcing, executive search, or enterprise-level executive talent acquisition.
  • Demonstrated success sourcing and influencing outcomes for VP-level, SVP-level, and C-suite searches.
  • Strong executive outreach, engagement, and advisory capabilities.
  • Exceptional written communication skills tailored to executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, concurrent searches in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment.
  • Deep proficiency with recruiting platforms, CRM systems, AI tools, and advanced Boolean search techniques.
  • Knowledge of executive compensation structures, organizational design, and leadership assessment considerations.
  • Ability to operate independently with a high degree of judgment while collaborating

Responsibilities

  • Lead proactive executive sourcing strategies in partnership with Executive Talent Acquisition leaders to support enterprise-wide leadership priorities.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner in shaping sourcing approaches for complex, high-profile, and confidential searches.
  • Build and sustain deep, diverse pipelines of executive talent for current and future leadership needs.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with senior leaders and emerging executive talent across priority markets and industries.
  • Conduct high-touch, highly discreet outreach to executive and senior leadership candidates.
  • Assess executive alignment, leadership scope, and readiness in collaboration with recruiting partners.
  • Deliver nuanced candidate insights that inform recruiter and stakeholder decision-making.
  • Translate external market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and talent movement trends into actionable sourcing strategies.
  • Partner closely with the Talent Intelligence team to bring forward insights on executive availability, succession risk, and competitive hiring activity.
  • Provide informed perspectives to recruiters and stakeholders on talent pools, target organizations, and market conditions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Executive Recruiters and business leaders throughout the lifecycle of executive searches.
  • Contribute meaningfully to search planning, prioritization, and candidate slate development.
  • Influence outcomes through data-driven insights and executive market expertise.
  • Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of executive candidate data within CRM and recruiting systems.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality, documentation quality, and regulatory adherence.
