Responsible for providing proactive, high-level support for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and board of directors, as well as other Executive staff when needed, serving as a key liaison to internal and external stakeholders. Ensures efficient communication, time management, and project coordination, upholding professionalism, and discretion. Support includes, but is not limited to, processing expenses, coordinating travel, meeting and event planning, scheduling meetings and conferences, preparing items for monthly Board meetings, assisting CEO, Chairman and President of the Board, board members, and executive team members with managing processes and deadlines, report writing and distribution, review and submittal of contract requisitions, and working on special projects. Assist with drafting and editing board resolutions and decision papers and evaluating them for accuracy and consistency. Manages and organizes tasks of executive coordinators to maintain a balanced workload, provide backup support when necessary, and ensure timely monthly board support and meeting preparation.
