The Senior Executive Assistant and Board Relations Coordinator role at Legacy Health offers an exceptional opportunity to directly support the President & CEO, as well as the Board of Directors. This Senior Executive Assistant also adds value in many ways beyond those of a traditional support professional, serving as the recording secretary for the Board of Directors and some of its core committees. This position ensures every initiative is executed with precision, sensitivity, and proactive thinking. The ability to manage confidential matters, anticipate needs, and facilitate seamless communication makes this role indispensable to the CEO.. Your Impact Be the primary support to the CEO, orchestrating the flow of information, requests and priorities.
