The Senior Executive Assistant — Board & Investor Relations serves as a trusted partner to the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer, SVP of Finance & Investor Relations and SVP, Operations and Intelligence with a specialized focus on Board of Directors liaison and Investor Relations coordination aligned to these executives. This role is much more than scheduling and logistics — it's about being the person your executives and board members rely on to keep things moving, anticipate what's coming, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. The Senior Executive Assistant — Board & Investor Relations must be creative and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, technology environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community oriented. The ideal individual exercises strong judgment in a variety of situations, brings expert communication and organizational skills, and operates with confidence and autonomy across competing priorities — including coordinating across global time zones as part of a worldwide team. This person takes full ownership of their work, follows through with consistency, and brings a positive, solutions-oriented energy to everything they do.
