The Senior Events & Engagement Manager leads Arriveâs highest-impact internal and external engagement programs, including Presidentâs Club, annual Shipper and Carrier customer conferences, regional events and major cultural initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing events and engagement strategies that strengthen employee culture, drive sales performance, and elevate Arriveâs brand. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with deep corporate event experience, strong financial ownership, and a proven ability to manage large-scale programs with measurable ROI.
