About The Position

Sprig is hiring a Senior Events and Field Marketing Manager to own and scale our flagship, revenue-driving experiences, including our Experience Research Summits and executive field programs. This is not a logistics-only role. You will own the strategy, production, and year-over-year evolution of Sprig’s most visible brand moments and events that engage senior research leaders, accelerate enterprise pipeline, and strengthen executive relationships. You’ll operate at the intersection of brand, revenue, and community. Partnering closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, you’ll design high-impact field experiences that drive measurable pipeline and position Sprig as the AI-native leader in experience research. If you thrive in fast-moving environments, have strong executive presence, and take pride in producing polished, high-caliber experiences, this role offers meaningful ownership and visibility as we scale toward $100M+ ARR.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B events or field marketing, ideally in high-growth SaaS
  • Proven ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder events at meaningful scale (200+ attendees or equivalent enterprise programs)
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales on pipeline-generating field initiatives
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to independently drive multiple workstreams
  • Executive presence and confidence working with senior leaders and external partners
  • Comfort operating in lean, high-expectation environments with a high bar for quality
  • Data-driven mindset with experience defining and reporting on event ROI and pipeline impact

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and production of Sprig’s signature events (200–400+ attendees), including venue sourcing, budget management, vendor oversight, programming, and on-site execution
  • Continuously elevate production quality, content, and attendee experience year over year
  • Partner with Sales to design executive roundtables, curated dinners, and field activations that drive sourced and influenced pipeline
  • Define pipeline targets for events and track impact in partnership with RevOps
  • Align messaging and attendee targeting with enterprise GTM strategy
  • Serve as the central owner of event timelines, budgets, and cross-functional coordination
  • Present event strategy, KPIs, and post-event insights to executive leadership
  • Proactively identify risks, resource gaps, and improvement opportunities
