About The Position

At Rithum, we empower commerce growth by connecting brands, retailers, and suppliers. As the North America Field Marketing & Events Manager, you are responsible for designing and executing a dynamic portfolio of events—including client conferences, industry trade shows, internal company gatherings, executive dinners, and multi-city roadshows—while driving localized marketing strategies to generate demand, accelerate the sales pipeline, and align with Rithum’s strategic business objectives. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful events that inspire clients and engage industry leaders. In conjunction with senior marketing leadership, you develop regional strategies, optimize processes, and deliver high-impact experiences that elevate Rithum’s brand visibility and client engagement in North America.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in field/corporate events management within a technology, software or e-commerce organization with a focus on North America events.
  • Previous experience in events and field marketing within the e-commerce sector, with a focus on engaging e-commerce audiences.
  • Demonstrated experience leading and executing industry events, similar to Shoptalk, NRF, or eTail.
  • Successful ownership and management of event budgets across varying scale and complexity.
  • Proven experience planning and executing events with clearly defined budgets, objectives, and measurable KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of core marketing metrics and their application in measuring event success and field marketing impact.
  • Experience with event management tools and platforms, such as Asana, Marketo, Cvent, Salesforce, HubSpot, and virtual event platforms.
  • Excellent project management, communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales and Client Success, to align marketing initiatives with broader business objectives.

  • Preferably US east-coast based, as this role will be collaborative with a global field marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a North America field events plan to enhance brand visibility and achieve measurable business goals.
  • Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to drive demand, generate leads, and accelerate the sales pipeline in specific regions.
  • Build collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders (regional sales stakeholders, marketing, content, product, client success) and external partners to create and deliver seamless, impactful events aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and execute a broad range of events, from high-touch executive dinners to mid-scale multi-city roadshows, with clear objectives, tracking, and measurement for each event.
  • Lead event execution, including budgeting, pre- and post-event marketing, logistics, vendor management, and post-event analysis for regional events.
  • Track key event metrics for North America events such as attendance, leads generated, opportunities and pipeline generated, and client feedback to evaluate event success.
  • Track event performance metrics and KPIs, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Leverage company websites, online content, industry trends, and emerging technologies to enhance the client experience and event effectiveness.
