About The Position

Bobrick is seeking a highly experienced Senior ERP Application Analyst to serve as a trusted internal expert for our Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / Syteline environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on ERP professional who thrives at the intersection of business process, system architecture, and continuous improvement. As a senior member of the ERP team, you will provide architectural guidance, lead complex optimization initiatives, support critical business operations, and play a key role in preparing the organization for a future migration to Infor CloudSuite Industrial. You will significantly reduce reliance on external consultants by building durable internal ERP capability while shaping the long-term evolution of Bobrick’s ERP landscape. This role offers the chance to own and shape a mission-critical ERP platform used every day across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance. You’ll work closely with business leaders, reduce reliance on outside consultants, and help modernize the ERP landscape. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, Operations, or related field.
8+ years of hands-on functional experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) or Syteline, including configuration and module ownership.
Expert-level understanding of CSI data structures, IDOs, integrations, APS, module interdependencies, and system architecture.
Experience leading major ERP initiatives such as module implementations, process redesign, or cloud migration planning.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose highly complex ERP issues spanning finance, supply chain, production, and integrations.
Deep functional ERP knowledge across multiple modules.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable ERP-supported processes.
Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently while prioritizing competing demands.
Strong customer-service mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.

Nice To Haves

Experience preparing for or supporting cloud migration initiatives
Experience reducing reliance on ERP consulting resources through internal capability building.
Understanding of CloudSuite Industrial differences from on-prem Syteline, including multi-tenant constraints and standardization requirements.
Experience with IDOs, forms, reports, workflows, event handlers, and integrations.
Exposure to workflow automation or low-code tools.
