TEKsystems has a full time placement role for a Global Process Owner for Finance with INFOR ERP process experience. This role will require travel to Colorado 1 week a month. Our client is beginning a business-led transformation program that’s strategically aimed at transforming their ways of working and improving end-to-end processes. It’s a multi-phased program that consists of migrating from a legacy ERP (IFS) to Infor CloudSuite. As part of this they are hiring a Global Process Owner for Finance. The formal job description is below, but the key experience and skills needed for this role are: 1) 7+ years of Finance leadership and skills in accounting, reporting, analytics, etc. 2) ERP implementation and business tranformation experience. 3) experience with companies that have a global presence (North America, APAC, EMEA). 4) Manufacturing industry experience. 5) excellent communication skills. Will need to be self-driven, and will need to be very good at working within a team construct. The Role The Global Process Owner (Finance) – Program Nexus will lead the end-to-end design of Finance processes and systems as we transition from IFS to Infor CloudSuite. This role is responsible for defining global process requirements, identifying gaps between current and future-state capabilities, and owning the design of standardized, scalable Finance solutions. The GPO will partner closely with Program Leadership, project teams, and Subject Matter Experts to simplify, harmonize, and modernize Finance processes worldwide. The ideal candidate can think strategically while remaining hands-on—able to design and implement processes, support program decision-making, and manage priorities across a high-performing team.
