Experience setting residual values in various asset classes such as Manufacturing, Construction, Transportation, and many other industries. Track and manage all maturing leases and negotiate lessee and third-party sales including purchase options, renewals, and returns. Contribute to fee income opportunities through renewal activity. Attend industry conferences and network with peers across the industry Participates and provides leadership in Bank and community activities to increase Bank’s brand visibility and to enhance new business opportunities. Assists with sales and service administration and processing ensuring client experience is seamless and opportunities are identified and met.
