This role involves routine and general cleaning, infection control procedures, floor and carpet care, moving services, waste management, grounds cleaning, and snow removal. The Senior Environmental Services Worker also operates University vehicles and equipment, maintains a professional appearance, performs end-of-shift clean-up, and works collaboratively in team settings. They are expected to recognize and acknowledge problems, maintain good communication, assist with worker training, and act in a lead role when the supervisor is absent to ensure task completion. Prompt reporting of deficiencies and a positive attitude are also essential.
