This role is for a Senior Enterprise BDR based in New York, responsible for the top-of-funnel motion on enterprise accounts throughout North America (US & Canada). The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives on strategic account plans, targeting C-suite and MD-level buyers within investment banks, asset managers, PE firms, and Big 4 firms. The position reports directly to Ava Ghosseiri, VP Sales for the US team. UpSlide's sales team prides itself on being trusted advisors, fostering teamwork, and committing to continuous improvement. The team's objectives include expanding market reach and building strong client relationships, with the BDR's contributions directly impacting business growth through research, targeted outreach, and securing meetings with senior executives. The role includes a comprehensive 4-month onboarding program designed to integrate the new hire into the company, market, sales cycle, product, and tech stack, progressing towards independent prospecting and high-value executive conversations.
