The Senior Enterprise BDR will be an integral part of the dynamic US sales team, reporting to the VP Sales for the US team, Ava Ghosseiri, and collaborating with Enterprise and SMB AEs. The sales team emphasizes being trusted advisors, teamwork, and continuous improvement. This role involves owning the top-of-funnel motion for enterprise accounts across North America (US & Canada), working closely with Enterprise AEs on strategic account plans, and targeting C-suite and MD-level buyers in investment banks, asset managers, PE firms, and Big 4 firms. The team's goals are to expand market reach and establish strong client connections, with the BDR's contributions directly impacting business growth through research, targeted outreach, and securing meetings with senior executives. The onboarding program is a comprehensive 4-month journey designed to equip the new hire with product knowledge, market understanding, sales cycle insights, and prospecting strategies, leading to independent engagement and high-value conversations.
