The Account Manager will own and grow relationships with a portfolio of banking, lending, and fintech partners, serving as a trusted advisor responsible for driving long-term customer success and measurable business outcomes. This role focuses on strengthening partnerships, identifying opportunities for expansion, and ensuring customers are fully leveraging the platform to achieve their strategic objectives. The role works cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Compliance teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs, surface customer insights that help shape product direction, and contribute to building scalable account management processes as the organization continues to grow. The ideal candidate combines strong relationship-management capabilities with commercial ownership and thrives in fast-paced environments where they can help define how partnerships are managed at scale.
