Red Canary, a Zscaler company, monitors an enterprise’s environment to detect and respond to cybersecurity threats so they can focus on their mission. Our Managed Detection and Response (MDR) solution is a unique blend of human expertise and security, which protects organizations from modern adversaries as their teams work remotely, move to the cloud, and they adopt new cybersecurity and IT technologies. Role We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales team in San Francisco, CA, reporting to the Senior Director, Sales. You have a real passion for technology and can deliver on bold targets. As we continue to break into bigger deals and formalize our support for the larger enterprise segment, you will blaze the path for the organization's growth by focusing on new accounts and cloud migrations within a rich territory.

Requirements

  • 10+ years software sales experience
  • 7+ years sales experience in technology software or information security
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • Proven track record of selling complex solutions and large deals to senior executives by selling value over price

Nice To Haves

  • Record of President’s Club, top rep status, and consistent year-over-year overachievement
  • History of meeting or exceeding direct sales goals of $1M+ with an average deal size of $250k+

Responsibilities

  • Prospect into large Fortune 1000 companies while running an efficient sales process.
  • Negotiate pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises by selling value and return on investment (ROI).
  • Handle existing customer expectations while expanding reach and depth into assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate exceptional resourcefulness and communications skills to lead business and technical. presentations and conversations with C-level audiences.
  • Learn new and emerging technologies and remain current with information security news, techniques, and trends.
