About The Position

Senior Engineering Technician We have an opportunity for an Engineering Technician to join our growing team in Ashburn, VA As our Engineering Technician you will implement and streamline methods of testing and troubleshooting systems and equipment. You will prepare test and diagnostic programs, operate test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures for new products. As well you will assist with the labor, schedules, and equipment required for testing and evaluating standards and special devices. Location: Ashburn VA Salary Range: $ 27.93 - $37.21 per hour Please note that the salary range provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in Virginia. Utilizing automated test equipment, including thermal and vibration chamber to perform acceptance test of products. Reviews test procedures for accuracy against release drawings. Reviews and evaluates test failures, in-process rejections and trends, recommending corrective action as appropriate. Provides assistance in the areas of predictability, manufacturing processing, equipment and process improvement. Provide technical training to other technicians.
