About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unified Communications Video Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in video engineering, particularly in managing and administering video conferencing systems. This role requires a deep understanding of the entire Microsoft Teams platform and other related technologies. This role will also be responsible for meetings, chats, channels and files all within the MS Teams platform. Requirements

  • Security clearance for work in a US government tenant
  • Working knowledge and experience ITIL V4 Foundations and Service Delivery
  • 7+ years of experience in Entra ID
  • Managing full life-cycle of both on-prem and Cloud identities
  • Ability to assign and manage roles in both Entra and Azure
  • Capability to enforce Conditional Access, MFA, and compliance settings
  • Configure authentication for high privilege roles
  • High-level understanding on ramifications downstream when granting admin consent for enterprise apps and API permissions.
  • 5+ years of proficiency in PowerShell
  • Scripting for automation, reporting and troubleshooting
  • 7+ years of experience in 0365 Platform
  • Microsoft 365 Admin Center
  • Provide Tier 2/3 support for Teams-related issues
  • Configure messaging, meeting, and app policies for compliance and productivity
  • Teams Admin Center
  • Managing settings, policies and permissions
  • Telephony Infrastructure (Teams)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for administration of domestic, international and US Government environments.
  • Administer and manage Microsoft Teams, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure seamless video communication and conferencing solutions.
  • This position will have exposure to VoIP telephony principles to support the converged voice/data-networking environment, Video Collaboration tools (MS Teams, WebEx, Zoom), Video Telepresence infrastructure (Microsoft, Cisco, Conference Rooms Systems).
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members.
  • Provide engineering support for conference rooms including Cisco, Crestron, Logitech, and others.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in video engineering and conferencing.
  • Participate in the migration of video conferencing systems from on-premises to cloud-based solutions.
  • Responsibilities include problem management, incident management, and change Management.
  • Create accurate project specifications.
  • Drive proof of concepts to test new capabilities and technologies.
  • Provide technical input to create, maintain and implement content and standards.
