Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance issued by the customer. This agency handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. NOTE: United States Citizenship is as part of the eligibility criteria to be able to obtain this type of security clearance

• 7+ years in UCC engineering

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Teams Phone and VoIP infrastructure
• Integrate UCC tools with Microsoft 365 and network systems
• Support digital signage and Teams Room devices
• Mentor Tier 2 UCC staff and support VIP events
