The Senior Applications Engineer will have a technical background and will understand how customers use the unique properties of rare earth permanent magnets across a variety of end use applications. They will be familiar with the broad range of chemical, thermal, and mechanical, and thermal processes used to produce magnets, magnet assemblies, and electric motors. They will be experienced at working with customers in the design and quoting process. They will also have experience building the underlying tools and systems to support these processes. In addition to responding to requests from current and prospective customers, the successful candidate will play a critical role in identifying current and future product value by synthesizing customer needs and market trends.
