MANTECH seeks an experienced and passionate, career and customer-oriented Site Lead/Senior End User Device Technician to lead an Information Technology support effort at our Nebraska customer site.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, to include in a technical management role and complete understanding of IT equipment and service life as well as planning and implementation of equipment replacement with a Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field or equivalent.
  • 7+ years' experience in lieu of degree.
  • Ability to handle complex customer situations and interact with all levels of personnel to provide a quick and effective resolution.
  • IAT level II baseline certification as defined by DoD 8570.01-M such as Security+ CE -required or able to obtain before start date.
  • Willingness to travel to support operational requirements
  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Poly

Nice To Haves

  • IT ticket management system experience; preferably with ServiceNow.
  • Experience with large scale enterprise IT contracts.

Responsibilities

  • The Site Lead is responsible for the management and hands-on support of all activities at the site, to provide Enterprise Infrastructure Support to the customer.
  • These activities include, but are not limited to, equipment replacements, upgrades, and maintenance (desktop, AVMM, LMR, cabling, telephony, connectivity, patching, and the like).
  • This role will require close coordination with Senior Leadership to support the development and maintenance of operational processes and the ability to manage resources to meet Service Level Agreements and maintain budget objectives.
  • Conducts interview, makes hiring recommendations, assigns work roles, and establishes both training and operational processes to ensure success.
  • Submits regular reports on daily operations, refresh efforts, and project management and ensures training is conducted to maintain adequate human resources to meet the challenges of the region.
  • Submits and approves travel requests, to support regional needs and coordinates with government officials to present or clarify support requirements.
  • Serves as the POC to address regional customer concerns and publishes work schedules and on-call rosters.
  • Tracks productivity to determine worker or process weaknesses, onboards new employees and enforces compliance standards for both the customer and ManTech.
  • Sets goals and evaluate employee performance and provides direct and indirect feedback to subcontractors permanently and temporarily assigned to the region, as required.
  • Coordinates with other regional managers to provide personnel and resource support as needed.
  • Provides close communication and collaboration with customers, senior leaders, and other ManTech management personnel.
