About The Position

RISE Services is seeking a Senior Employment Program Manager (Senior EPM) to provide regional leadership and oversight of employment services. This role is responsible for supervising Employment Program Managers (EPMs) and Employment Specialists (ESs), ensuring service quality and compliance, and supporting staff development. The Senior EPM will maintain a reduced billable caseload (minimum 25 hours per week) while serving as a key leader in program operations and performance. There are two positions available: Senior EPM – Region 1 Senior EPM – Region 2 This position reports directly to the Director of Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Rehabilitation, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in employment services, vocational rehabilitation, or disability services
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of DARS, Medicaid, and documentation standards
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage both direct service and leadership responsibilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supervising employment service staff
  • Familiarity with CARF standards
  • Experience with case management systems (e.g., CaseWorthy)

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support EPMs within assigned region
  • Provide oversight to a team of Employment Specialists (ESs)
  • Conduct regular supervision meetings and performance evaluations
  • Address performance concerns in collaboration with HR, including corrective actions and PIPs
  • Train and onboard new EPMs and ESs
  • Provide ongoing coaching and professional development
  • Model best practices in employment service delivery
  • Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week
  • Provide job development, job coaching, and employment support services
  • Ensure services are person-centered and outcome-driven
  • Monitor documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Conduct chart reviews and ensure audit readiness (DARS, Medicaid, CARF)
  • Ensure services meet all regulatory and organizational standards
  • Complete and submit monthly DARS reports
  • Ensure all reports are accurate and submitted by required deadlines
  • Support implementation of organizational policies and initiatives
  • Monitor staff productivity and caseload distribution
  • Identify and address regional challenges and opportunities
