We are currently hiring for a dynamic and experienced Senior Electrical / Electronics Engineer. Clearance: Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance Work Schedule: Onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday Role Overview: The Senior Electrical / Electronics Engineer serves as senior technical leadership supporting complex DoD systems. This Key Personnel role provides engineering oversight, technical decision-making, and customer interface for system integration, testing, and sustainment. Responsibilities include technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, supporting fielding operations, coordinating with program management, and ensuring engineering compliance with contract requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field (required)
  • 12+ years experience supporting advanced DoD systems
  • Experience leading engineering teams
  • OCONUS and deployed operations experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
  • Critical Thinking Skills
  • Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed
  • Expert-level experience in electrical and electronic system design and analysis
  • Ability to lead system architecture development and technical design reviews
  • Extensive experience interpreting and approving electrical schematics and technical documentation
  • Deep understanding of power distribution, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC mitigation
  • Proven experience leading complex troubleshooting, failure analysis, and corrective actions
  • Ability to provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineering teams
  • Strong knowledge of applicable engineering standards, safety, and compliance requirements
  • Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or advanced technical certifications (preferred)
