About The Position

The Senior Ecommerce Merchandising Manager owns the end-to-end onsite merchandising strategy for grunstyle.com and leads a team responsible for bringing that strategy to life. This role blends data driven insights with fashion merchandising and user experience instincts, and strong people leadership to ensure the site consistently reflects what customers want, and converts that demand into revenue. This leader will set the vision for how the site is merchandised while building a high-performing team that executes with speed, clarity, and accountability.

Requirements

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across homepage, collections and product detail pages.
  • Own the ecommerce merchandising strategy, including product set-up and prioritization, homepage strategy, and website user experience.
  • Set the strategy for product ordering and sorting logic across category and collection pages.
  • Balance newness, hero products, core styles, and promotional priorities based on customer behavior and inventory position.
  • Leverage insights from customer behavior, conversion funnels, search, and engagement metrics.
  • Partner with merchandising, planning, and inventory teams to align onsite execution with assortment strategy.
  • Ensure launches, collections, and seasonal moments are clearly and effectively represented onsite.
  • Partner with UX, product, and technology teams to prioritize site features and enhancements. Build and execute A/B testing strategy.
  • Advocate and execute customer-centric improvements (navigation, filters, badges, search, sorting).
  • Contribute to roadmap planning by identifying friction points and opportunities in the customer journey.
  • Ensure campaign and brand priorities are translated into cohesive onsite execution.
  • Apply strong fashion merchandising principles to product grouping, pacing, and presentation.
