This position focuses on increasing commercial & ductless HVAC equipment sales in the Region, emphasizing strategic brand management, and reporting to the Senior Mechanical Solutions Manager to enhance customer-facing activities that promote growth and market share.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HVAC, technical sales, product support or related field
  • Solid understanding of commercial & ductless systems, product positioning, and customer applications
  • Collaboration skills and Ability to influence with customer-first attitude
  • Strong Business Insight
  • Accountability and Ownership
  • Possesses specialized product knowledge in a single product or product line
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Crane certification/Boom truck experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales plans and central initiatives to protect, grow and diversify relationships with targeted customers
  • Actively participate in the buildout of contractor offerings to support increased adoption and sales of commercial & ductless products
  • Supervise customer behavior, competitor activity, and broader industry trends to recommend product solutions that align to customer needs
  • Support face-to-face and remote sales in partnership with the Sales team, including cross-selling, upselling, and repeat sales initiatives
  • Coordinate vendor-led training sessions and deliver in-depth product training and demonstrations to internal teams and customers
  • Collaborate with Sales to align commercial & ductless products strategy with field sales execution
  • Partner with the quotations team to ensure accurate and timely proposals aligned with customer needs and product strategy
  • Manage inventory and uphold pricing discipline to maximize profitability
  • Drive over-market growth within brands available through proactive engagement and strategic selling tactics
  • Collaborate with TSA team to improve market efficiency and cross-functional collaboration
  • Support the registration and billing process for technical training, certification, and education opportunities offered to customers
