The Item Enablement team in Walmart US eCommerce is at the forefront of shaping how our items and services show up to the digital shopper, and owns the strategy and execution of how this assortment comes to life. Our mission is to make assortment available where and how the customer wants it, by harnessing the power of automation to drive efficiencies, driving platform solutions with tech and delivering incremental sales for eCommerce. As the Senior Director of the eCommerce Item Enablement team, you’ll lead the Transactability business platforms responsible for digital transactability across channels, which enables the ability for customers to purchase items online, and the ‘Out of Stock’ item experience. This role necessitates a unique blend of business acumen, technological expertise, creativity, and logical thinking, supplemented by an understanding of Walmart's operations across various business disciplines and divisions.
