  • Emphasis in electrical power systems strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary integration point between Engineering and Construction, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition from design completion into field execution.
  • Provide constructability input during late-stage design phases (60%, 90%, IFC), validating that designs are aligned with practical installation methods, site conditions, and sequencing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to incorporate execution-driven insights, field lessons learned, and Construction team into design refinement, supporting improved buildability and reduced execution risk.
  • Support the Construction team to evaluate construction sequencing, logistics planning, and means and methods to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and improve schedule performance.
  • Identify and drive cost optimization opportunities across projects, including material utilization, equipment selection, installation methodologies, and construction sequencing.
  • Support the Engineering and Construction teams by proactively addressing design-to-field coordination gaps, RFIs, and constructability challenges that may impact schedule or cost.
  • Support Construction on risk identification and mitigation efforts, including evaluation of site access, logistics, staging, environmental constraints, and construction sequencing.
  • Coordinate closely with Engineering, Procurement and Construction teams to ensure equipment selections and vendor strategies align with installation realities and do not introduce unnecessary complexity or execution risk.
  • Participate in key design reviews, vendor evaluations, and EPC alignment discussions to ensure execution considerations are embedded early and consistently throughout project development.
  • Track, assess, and communicate risks, cost impacts, and schedule considerations to leadership, enabling informed and timely decision-making.
