About The Position

Attain Sports owns and manages four baseball teams: the Baltimore Orioles Double-A affiliate Chesapeake Baysox, the Baltimore Orioles High-A affiliate Frederick Keys, the MLB Draft League Aberdeen IronBirds, and the Atlantic League Professional Baseball Club Spire City Ghost Hounds. Additionally, Attain Sports is an owner of the United Soccer League (USL) Championship Club Loudoun United FC. Position Type: Seasonal This position reports to the Director of Creative Services to produce video production output for stadium videoboard and/or social media streaming.
Requirements
- 2 year min of Adobe Creative Suite, Apple Final Cut, Apple Motion or equivalent experience preferred
- 1-2 years experience / training with various video production equipment (video cameras, switchers, etc) preferred
- Knowledge of baseball rules a must
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Daktronics software (Show Control), Propresenter software is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the TV production switcher for stadium videoboard
- Responsible for communicating with hand-held camera operator
- Responsible for managing videoboard controller for stadium production, graphics overlays and other in-game effects for the videoboard
- Assist in setting up, using and striking any gameday equipment as needed
- Flexibility for non-gameday events for in-house production including but not limited to video, audio, camera, and social media streaming operation.
