About The Position

The Sr. Director, Technical Product Management – Fleet Modeling Profitability will serve as the product family leader responsible for shaping the strategy and execution of a connected data ecosystem across modeling and analytics. This leader will drive outcomes across the full Services franchise by partnering closely with stakeholders in Commercial Engines, Services, and Services Engineering. As a key member of the Commercial and Service Agreement Operations DT leadership team, this role will lead a team to deliver next-generation solutions for Cost & TOW Modeling, CSA Data Preparation, Fleet Analytics, and Automated Target Generation. These solutions will enable accurate cost management per engine/contract, support proper cost elimination into the CSA sub-ledger, and ensure consistency with downstream CMR modeling. Success in this role requires close collaboration with functional, engineering, and data science teams to prioritize strategic initiatives that deliver measurable impact for internal and external customers. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 10 years of professional experience OR Associates degree with minimum of 13 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 15 years of professional experience
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in Technical Product Management
  • Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

  • Knowledge of the aerospace and defense industries.
  • Deep expertise with large scale transactions in CES related businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Create and own the execution of an integrated digital strategy for Fleet Modeling across the Commercial and Services, Services Engineering divisions.
  • Partner closely with functional and technical counterparts to develop a comprehensive and prioritized product category roadmap.
  • Lead a team of TPMs, software engineers and architects to execute on the digital strategy across all products in the Fleet Modeling Profitability category.
  • Serve as a model practitioner of FLIGHT DECK, coaching the Commercial & Service Agreement Operations team and the broader organization on culture, tools, behaviors, and operating models to foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, and accountability.
  • Connect teams and processes across multiple organizations in support of its customers and internal operations.
  • Recruit and develop technical talent in the GE Aerospace Digital Technology Organization
