Role Overview: The Strategy & Operations leader serves as the primary strategic and operating partner to the GM of Agentic Process Automation & Intelligence, with full accountability for business performance, financial stewardship, and enterprise execution. This role owns the operating rhythm of the business, including revenue governance, budget oversight, workforce planning, and cross-functional alignment. Acting as a trusted advisor and executive proxy to the GM, this leader ensures that strategic priorities translate into measurable financial outcomes and scalable growth. This person will architect and scale the operating model required to accelerate the business toward $100M+ in revenue while maintaining execution rigor, decision velocity, and alignment across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of strategy and operations leadership experience at large, global organizations.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with a demonstrated ability to manage and lead complex central functions.
  • Proven ability to lead large direct teams and highly cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and drive success across multiple large-scale initiatives.
  • Ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment; ability to remain flexible and adjust on the fly to new demands and respond with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to convey complex ideas in a strategic and concise fashion.
  • Strong core values, high ethical standards, and sound judgment; champion of equality.

Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Performance & Financial Accountability: Own full business performance accountability, including revenue goals, product metrics, budget management, and financial target attainment. Lead annual and quarterly business planning aligned to growth objectives. Drive forecasting rigor and revenue governance in partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). Steward capital allocation and investment trade-offs to optimize ROI and long-term enterprise value. Serve as executive owner of performance reporting across leadership and cross-cloud forums.
  • Workforce & Resource Strategy: Own headcount planning aligned to growth strategy and product expansion. Approve operational investments and resource allocation. Ensure hiring velocity and talent density support enterprise objectives.
  • Operating Model Architecture & Governance: Design and implement scalable operating frameworks to support rapid growth. Establish executive cadence, governance forums, KPI tracking, and accountability structures. Centralize oversight of mission-critical initiatives and enterprise programs. Eliminate organizational bottlenecks and increase decision velocity.
  • Strategic Partner to GM: Serve as strategic counterpart to the GM, translating vision into executable operating plans. Act as proxy in executive forums, internal Salesforce engagements, and cross-cloud strategy discussions. Challenge prioritization, sequencing, and risk to ensure disciplined execution. Align strategic decisions to financial impact and long-term scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Integration: Drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and internal Salesforce stakeholders. Ensure seamless integration between product strategy and revenue execution.
  • Customer & Market Alignment: Represent customer voice in executive decision-making. Support geographic and industry expansion initiatives. Align product investments to market demand and enterprise opportunity.
