Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, strategy, or business operations, preferably in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience managing teams and developing talent within Marketing Operations, Analytics, or Planning functions.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau).
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM platforms, B2B funnels, lead management, and attribution models.
  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional coordination abilities; comfortable working with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, marketing budgets, and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the CMO and marketing leadership, providing guidance on marketing initiatives, board reporting, and executive decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional projects across marketing, sales, product, and customer success, ensuring alignment and operational excellence.
  • Drive marketing operations efficiency by streamlining workflows, optimizing the technology stack, and managing budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Oversee campaign planning, execution, and measurement, including product launches, multi-channel campaigns, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing Marketing Operations and Analytics team, defining roadmaps, resource allocation, and performance expectations.
  • Implement and maintain marketing reporting infrastructure, dashboards, attribution models, and analytics to inform strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Facilitate internal communication, team alignment, and collaboration across departments to drive marketing effectiveness and organizational goals.
