Position Purpose: Develop and direct strategic business initiatives within product offerings, management, development, and enhancement, integration of adaptive technologies, and support of sales and members. Develop and support long term product enhancement initiatives within and that cross region. Ensure subject matter expertise is infused into all product areas to ensure outcomes for the region Identify and support operational performance improvements and cost of care initiatives. Ensure consistent and seamless integration of adaptive technology and expert team-based services across all product portfolios to ensure optimal behavior change outcomes. Support sales and member experience across region and shared service partners in consultation with all stakeholders. Support in the financial performance of region while ensuring product management/enhancement and new product development strategic plans and ongoing product assessments have documented value propositions. Ability to travel up to 25% within the Northeast Region - PA, DE, NY, NJ, ME, CT.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of product development/management or related experience.
Experience with product planning, development, execution, and product financials.
Experience across different market segments and product types.
Ability to travel up to 25% within the Northeast Region - PA, DE, NY, NJ, ME, CT.
