About The Position

At ComplyAdvantage, we’re building the intelligence infrastructure to fight financial crime. As Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll design and scale the operating system behind our global go-to-market strategy. This high-impact role bridges GTM strategy, execution, and data - aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to drive predictable, efficient growth across regions, products, and customer segments. You’ll build and scale a world-class RevOps function that powers our next phase of growth, driving alignment across GTM teams, enhancing forecasting accuracy, and elevating sales efficiency.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in SaaS RevOps or GTM strategy—ideally at $100M+ ARR scale
  • Proven experience scaling global teams and optimizing cross-functional GTM systems
  • Deep knowledge of SaaS models (PLG, SLG, channel) and full customer lifecycle
  • Mastery of Salesforce, BI tools, and structured sales frameworks (e.g. MEDDICC)
  • Strategic mindset, fast decision-maker, and confident executive communicator

Responsibilities

  • GTM Strategy & Operating Model: Partner with execs to shape long-term planning, TAM/ICP, and customer journey strategy
  • Revenue Program Management: Drive quarterly GTM initiatives and eliminate bottlenecks across the funnel
  • Analytics & Forecasting: Govern end-to-end data, build actionable dashboards, and deliver strategic insights
  • Tech & Infrastructure: Own and optimize our GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc.) with a focus on AI, automation, and integration
  • Pricing & Deal Desk: Run a high-impact Deal Desk and support strategic pricing with operational rigor
  • Team Leadership: Build a resilient, global RevOps org with a culture of experimentation, enablement, and execution
