We’re looking for a Sr. Director, Retail Development, to lead retail sales and development across the IMG portfolio, with an emphasis on entertainment and gaming properties. This role is focused on building and leveraging senior-level buyer relationships and decision makers, to drive incremental space, features, and retail programs across all channels. This is a high-impact, highly visible position that combines retail sales leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on execution. You will partner closely with Licensing, clients, and internal stakeholders to translate licensor priorities, key franchise moments, and retail insights into measurable commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and an operator who can navigate a complex, fast-paced retail environment while advancing scalable programs that expand shelf presence, amplify retail marketing, and drive revenue growth across multiple accounts.
