Master s degree in Business, Public Health, or related field preferred. 12-15 years of progressive health insurance experience in Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and/or Finance. Proven experience leading product teams. Experience designing highly regulated insurance products including experience with Commercial, State Programs, and Medicare products Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis. Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with Executive Leadership Strong communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Your key responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the Medicare product strategy, including DSNP, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Product Innovation: Drive the development of differentiated product offerings that improve member experience, clinical outcomes, and competitive positioning. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Compliance, Clinical, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure seamless product execution and performance. Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and regulatory monitoring to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities. Portfolio Management: Oversee the Medicare product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization, including benefit design, pricing, and performance tracking. Team Development: Lead and mentor a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a key liaison with CMS, state agencies, and external partners to ensure product compliance and strategic alignment. Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop and execute effective go-to-market plans that drive enrollment and retention. Performance Oversight: Monitor product KPIs, member satisfaction, and financial performance to ensure products meet or exceed expectations.
