To support this next chapter, we are seeking a Sr. Director of Product Marketing to play a highly visible leadership role in shaping product strategy, elevating market narratives, and activating cross-functional go-to-market execution. This leader will work in close partnership with Product Management, PreSales, RevOps and all aspects of the GTM organizations to ensure BlackLine’s innovation roadmap, market and product narratives are deeply informed by market insight, customer needs, competitive intelligence, and translated into compelling stories and activations that drive adoption, revenue, and long-term growth. The Sr. Director of Product Marketing is a senior leader responsible for defining and activating BlackLine’s product marketing strategy across core platforms, solutions, and key initiatives. This role elevates Product Marketing as the voice of the product and the market, serving as a strategic partner to Product and GTM leadership while leading and developing a high-performing team. This position goes beyond traditional messaging and launches. It is a business-critical role that shapes product requirements, influences roadmaps, strengthens technical and competitive credibility, and orchestrates GTM alignment across Product, PreSales, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
