The Senior Director of Marketing Strategy is responsible for defining and driving FASTer Way's demand generation and campaign strategy to accelerate revenue growth. This is a high-impact, executive-level individual contributor role focused on identifying what campaigns to run, where to allocate spend, how to structure funnels, and how to optimize performance across channels. This leader serves as a strategic partner to the CEO/CMO, providing ideation, vision, and data-backed recommendations for new campaigns, growth initiatives, and revenue opportunities. The role does not manage direct reports or own marketing operations execution. Instead, it partners closely with the Senior Director of Marketing Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure strategy is clear, performance-driven, and successfully executed. This role requires a highly analytical, growth-oriented marketer who can translate business objectives into scalable demand generation strategies and drive measurable impact on new client acquisition, lead generation, and customer lifetime value.
