The Senior Director, Strategic Marketing, National Platform, is a senior marketing leader responsible for elevating and scaling Stream’s national marketing platform across multiple markets. Operating as a strategic leader and platform architect, this role defines how marketing is conceived, organized, and delivered—ensuring that Stream’s marketing platform (tools, workflows, content, and brand) is consistently and effectively deployed across all assigned markets. This leader acts as a strategic advisor, platform orchestrator, and conductor of AI-enabled workflows—enabling local teams to operate with greater efficiency, consistency, and strategic impact. This role focuses exclusively on scaling the platform across multiple markets, ensuring consistency, driving adoption of tools and workflows, and elevating performance across the portfolio. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role partners closely with market leaders, brokers, and national platform teams to translate business priorities into scalable marketing strategies that drive measurable impact across the enterprise. This role will also support 6 of Stream’s major markets.
