About The Position

Apply your expertise to advance the mission and optimize our business strategy as a Senior Director of Pricing Strategy at GDIT. Here, you'll support solving some of our clients' biggest challenges and help us grow the business. The Senior Director of Pricing Strategy will be pivotal in GDIT's mission to deliver value-driven solutions to government clients. This leader will shape strategic pricing initiatives and partner with capture teams on highly competitive, multi-billion-dollar procurements. This role is responsible for leading our strategic pricing function and providing expert direction and oversight to ensure winning, compliant, and profitable pricing solutions. This high-profile position involves close collaboration with both division-level and corporate growth leadership and reports to the Vice President of Pricing.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree plus 15+ years of related experience; In lieu of degree, 19+ years of related experience is required
Experience in a supervisory or management capacity
Proven ability to lead highly effective pricing organizations that have successfully bid and won all contract types (FP, T&M, CR)
Proven expertise in developing, leading, and winning large, complex solutions-based bids in the Federal Government services market
Experience with the Federal Acquisition lifecycle and how it integrates with business development and capture processes
Deep understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and its impact on opportunity pursuits and proposal evaluation
Strong financial acumen and ability to partner with Business Operations on bid-versus-execution strategies
Understanding of emerging technology trends in the Federal Market and how they impact pricing strategies
Working knowledge of technical and cost estimation processes and the importance of solid estimates in proposed solutions
Demonstrated experience collaborating across functional areas (Ops, BD, Capture, Contracts, Finance, etc.) to deliver competitive, compliant, and profitable bids
Strong ability to build and work in a team environment
Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership across a large business base

Location: Hybrid to Falls Church, Virginia. To be considered candidates will follow a hybrid schedule requiring on-site presence at least three (3) days per week in Falls Church.

Responsibilities

Lead a dedicated team of experts responsible for developing and executing cost and pricing strategies, including in-depth research, analysis, and advanced cost modeling to support cost/price proposals for high-priority enterprise opportunities
Interface with executive management and closely collaborate with Business Development, Capture, and Proposal Teams to develop strategic pricing models, resolve issues, drive pricing win strategies, implement actionable solutions, and provide expert guidance
Oversee comprehensive pricing analyses, integrating competitive intelligence and market research to optimize pricing strategies, and support robust business case and risk assessments for large, complex bids, including managed service solutions
Drive procurement shaping and win strategies by developing compelling briefings, proposal materials, reusable pricing artifacts, financial models, and related materials that position GDIT to win
Foster collaborative relationships with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on pricing strategies and objectives
Conduct thorough post-award evaluations to assess assumptions, methodologies, and results, identifying gaps and opportunities to enhance future results
Implement best practices and innovative approaches to enhance pricing processes and outcomes.
Facilitate change by seeking opportunities to transform or improve systems, processes, and model adaptability
Develop and mentor the strategic pricing team in financial/pricing acumen, leadership, and stewardship that support GDIT's core values.
