This role drives sales, profitability, efficiency, and better decision‑making through pricing and inventory optimization initiatives, in‑season management, and pre‑season planning. The ideal leader combines strong analytical, communication, and strategic leadership skills and is comfortable working cross‑functionally at all levels.
