The Senior Director, Strategic Pricing will lead the development of global pricing strategies for Intuitive’s full portfolio—including capital equipment, instruments, accessories, service programs, and digital solutions. You will work at the intersection of market intelligence, customer value, and corporate strategy—ensuring our pricing approach supports a balanced set of right goals, that include revenue growth, margin optimization, market expansion, or competitive positioning. This role requires not just strategic pricing expertise, but the ability to facilitate alignment across senior leaders and navigate competing priorities to create clarity. Once the “why” is defined, you will architect the “how” through data-driven strategies, innovative customer aligned offerings, and scalable execution across markets.
