About The Position

As a full-time Senior Director of Operations you will be paid $70K+ to play a vital role in building and maintaining the Chick-fil-A brand by developing and equipping our Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll focus on operational excellence, vendor relations, performance assessment, and training efficiency, to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs overhead
Able to work on your feet for long periods (6-10 hours)
Reliable transportation
Comfortable training and coaching in all restaurant environments, including drive-thru operations

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire operation (front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, etc.) through effective coaching of staff
Strategically create weekly schedules to maximize the guest experience and ensure profitability
Review data to determine how the restaurant can improve the customer experience, drive sales, and increase profitability
Ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, guest relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, and financial accountability
Track employee progression and identify opportunities for advancement
Support leadership with development plans for high-performing Team Members
