About The Position

Our mission-driven nonprofit is seeking a Senior Director of Operations & Impact to serve as a senior leader responsible for organizational operations, facilities, systems, and execution across a multi-site organization delivering health and wellness services. This role partners closely with the President and program Directors to ensure smooth daily operations, proactive facilities management, strong execution of organizational initiatives, and scalable systems that support continued growth and community impact. A key focus of this role will be leading major projects including the building of a new outdoor recreation area and renovation of a new home for our free medical clinic. About Culpeper Wellness Foundation We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health and promoting wellness in our three-county region. We operate medical and dental clinics, fitness and recreation centers, and community initiatives that support individuals and families across the region. We also steward multiple real estate assets that support our programs and partners, and invest in local nonprofits through community grantmaking. As our organization continues to grow in size, services, and facilities, we are strengthening our leadership team to ensure strong operations, infrastructure, and long-term sustainability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
  • 7–10 years of experience in operations, facilities, project management, or related leadership roles
  • Experience overseeing multi-site operations and major projects strongly preferred
  • Enjoy building systems and improving efficiency
  • Be comfortable managing complexity across multiple sites
