MaxLinear is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing, AMS to join our team. In this role, you will focus on the following: Responsible for representing and growing MaxLinear revenue within global customer base Drive broad market and channel business for AMS and Ethernet products Work closely with distributors, MxL regional and global channel team to drive revenue growth and meet annual revenue targets Developing a GTM and funnel growth plan for each broad market product segment that facilitates revenue growth over the short, medium and long term (ecommerce, regional and global distributors) Set metrics for the channel teams and evaluate them periodically (QBRs, biweekly calls for funnel reviews) at each distributor together with the MxL distribution sales teams Work closely with channel partners and the FAEs to ensure efficient utilization of resources for best-in-class customer support services Utilize CRM platform to manage opportunity funnel and drive activity to focus segments and customers in addition to building relationships with MxL international teams to enable cross territory support for customer opportunities Work with corporate team to enable accurate and timely forecasting, revenue tracking, quality support, quotations and general customer support backlog management Recognize and develop opportunities for new product expansion, generating NPI (New Product Introduction) which will require working closely with product lines on both technical feasibility and identification of target customer segments to support business case preparation
