About The Position

Step into the spotlight as our Director of Global Compensation & Benefits-the architect behind our global rewards strategy. You'll lead the design and delivery of compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and inspire talent across the Regal Cineworld family. This role is all about creating a fair, competitive, and engaging experience for our cast and crew worldwide. From Knoxville to London and beyond, you'll ensure our people feel valued and rewarded for their performance. You'll work closely with senior leaders, HR partners, and global teams to set the stage for success, balancing creativity with compliance in every scene.

Requirements

  • You have 10+ years of experience in compensation, with at least 5 years managing global programs.
  • You've led remote teams and delivered strategies across multiple regions (US & EMEA experience required).
  • You're skilled in compensation design, benefits, and HR tech (Workday, Oracle, SAP).
  • You bring strong analytical and communication skills-able to influence like a Hollywood producer.

Responsibilities

  • You'll direct the global compensation and benefits strategy, aligning it with business goals and market trends.
  • You'll lead annual pay reviews, bonus cycles, and equity programs with precision and flair.
  • You'll design job architecture and pay structures that support career growth across multiple countries.
  • You'll analyze market data and performance metrics to keep us competitive and equitable.
  • You'll collaborate with HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure compliance and deliver a seamless experience.
