This role plays a key role in the development and implementation of TransUnion’s Broad-based Compensation programs with the ability to design competitive plans and programs. Reporting into the VP, Total Rewards, you will collaborate to prepare compensation proposals and reports, including. Your role provides analytical support to HR leadership and our partners across the company to deliver compensation programs. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in broad-based compensation principles, practices, and related compliance with the ability to interface with senior management.
