How You’ll Make An Impact: As a key member of the Total Rewards team, support and implement Boomi’s total reward strategy and manage Global compensation programs and practices across Boomi. Ensure that reward programs are competitive, cost effective, support our ability to attract and retain talent, and adequately align to our global philosophy. The role will be responsible for reviewing, implementing and recommending changes to compensation programs, including administration of our short and long-term incentive plans and delivering communication to People Team, management and employees.
