About The Position

The Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships is a seasoned leader in grassroots fundraising and industry engagement at various levels. This demanding and rewarding role oversees all corporate engagement with The Center including the sponsorship opportunities for Denver Pride as well as The Center’s business partner program (RANGE) and other various engagement and service opportunities provided by The Center. In addition to bringing in critical revenue to The Center through philanthropy, this role will also support the engagement of local, queer and ally-owned businesses ensuring The Center is fulfilling its responsibility to our community. The Center strives to be user-centric rather than transactional. We want our donors—including our corporate partners—to connect with our mission and see the impact of their dollars. We won’t accept funds from organizations that cause harm or spread hate. The Center is in transition. There is a new leadership team and organization strategy with goals to expand the organization’s ability to support and reach beyond Colorado. Transitions like this can be challenging and chaotic. This position does not manage direct-reports and expectations range from administrative to strategic. In June, The Center is all hands on deck for Denver Pride, meaning there is scheduled time off during that month and job duties may vary.
