About The Position

The NA Sales & Revenue Operations Director is a critical leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, commercial strategy, and sales effectiveness across all NA regions and business lines. This role combines senior sales leadership with deep revenue operations expertise—supporting MRI’s rapidly expanding product portfolio, acquisitions, and multi-segment customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day sales operations activities for the NA region, ensuring efficient processes and procedures.
  • Establish consistent forecasting frameworks and reporting (Weekly forecast calls including the NA role up and vertical sales meetings), this will include both bookings and risk/attrition.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to drive and implement global/regional sales strategies, targets, and forecasting models.
  • Analyse sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations (For example; Win/Loss data, MEDDPICC adoption, sales velocity metrics etc)
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting through CRM and other systems (Pipeline health and Hygiene)
  • Drive adoption of sales tools, platforms, and best practices across the region (SalesLoft, Trumpet etc)
  • Identify Sales training requirements for delivery by Sales enablement
  • Support territory planning, quota setting, and incentive programmes for the NA sales teams alongside Global SalesOps/RevOps leader.
  • Lead or contribute to regional/global sales operations projects and initiatives as required.
  • Own the NA revenue operations function, including analytics, planning, systems, enablement, and process optimization.
  • Oversee CRM accuracy and sales process governance (primarily Salesforce and integrated tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, CPQ).
  • Implement standardized, scalable GTM processes across countries and business lines—particularly important due to MRI’s inorganic growth and acquisitions.
  • Design and monitor regional KPIs for pipeline health, sales productivity, conversion rates, and retention.
  • Partner with Global RevOps to align on systems architecture, compensation frameworks, data governance, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and Professional Services to deliver a connected customer experience.
  • Create a culture of accountability, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement.
