The Senior Director, Member Marketing drives member engagement and growth by communicating the value of U.S. Travel membership and organizational impact. This role leads strategy, development and execution of all member-focused marketing and communications, ensuring priorities resonate with current and prospective members. The Senior Director also leads U.S. Travel's content strategy, overseeing planning, development and distribution of integrated, omnichannel content that advances advocacy, membership, research and event priorities. This includes managing staff through direction, coaching and performance management. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Digital, this leader executes a member-centric, content-forward strategy that increases awareness, deepens engagement and drives action.
