About The Position

As WildBrain accelerates its digital growth across YouTube, FAST, and AVOD, advertisers and partners need a clear, compelling understanding of the unique value our audience delivers. This role exists to increase revenue by strengthening advertiser demand, improving industry perception, and driving greater efficiency and effectiveness across the commercial funnel. Success is defined by measurable outcomes: Improved awareness and favourability among advertisers and agencies Stronger consideration and category leadership for kids & family digital media Increased inbound interest and sales pipeline quality Greater commercial impact from GTM efforts, content, and industry presence More aligned, efficient cross team‑team execution supporting accelerated growth The Senior Director, Marketing leads the B2B marketing function for Audience Engagement and is responsible for delivering commercial outcomes that grow revenue and influence for WildBrain’s digital Network. This role ensures our market positioning, industry presence, and Go-To-Market execution directly support business goals across Media Solutions, YouTube, and FAST partnerships. This leader converts insights, product capabilities, and audience value into narratives and programs that: increase advertiser demand elevate WildBrain’s industry authority strengthen partner confidence improve pitch effectiveness and conversion This is a senior strategic role requiring someone who can bring clarity to complexity, influence across a matrixed environment, and deliver business results with both strategic vision and hands on‑on execution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering B2B marketing strategies that directly support revenue growth within digital media, advertising, entertainment, platforms, or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem, including agencies, brands, and digital platforms.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and executive level storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders and driving results in matrixed organisations.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels.
